Financial Support

The financial support package for graduate study, which includes full tuition and a monthly stipend in the form of a fellowship, research assistantship or teaching assistantship, is provided throughout a student’s career on condition that they remain in good academic standing. Students are responsible for student fees.

Housing Costs

The cost of living at Purdue is inexpensive.  Most graduate students live in apartments in the surrounding community with rent ranging from $500 to $1,000 per month.  Hawkins Hall provides on-campus accommodations for single students ($335 to $615 per month in 2007-2008). Married students may apply for Purdue Village apartments priced from $530 to $655 per month, including utilities.
