Molecular Matters - November 2006: Ag Council's annual Hog Roast took on a new spin this year with a "Kiss the Pig Contest." Twelve professors, one from each department in the College of Agriculture, participated in the event. For three weeks collection jars for each professor were placed in various locations. The professor with the highest collection got to kiss the pig at the Hog Roast held on October 19....
